The Unit is staffed by fully qualified intensive care doctors that are present on a permanent basis, qualified nurses and auxiliary nurses.
The Unit has the following sections:

- Storage room.
There are 8 intensive care beds each in individual boxes and include the following:
- Individual patient monitoring and central unit station.
- Direct digital access to the patient’s medical history in each box.
- Individual gas and vacuum inlet.
- Pulsioximetry.
The Unit is further equipped with the following:
